- Description
- The Department of Agriculture (USDA), United States Forest Service (USFS), is soliciting for Hand Washing Station (Trailer Mounted), Potable Water Truck, Gray Water Truck services for Regions 2 & 4. The solicitation number is AG-82X9-S-12-7000. The purpose of this Request for Quotations (RFQ) and any resultant Agreements is to acquire the services of Hand Washing Station (Trailer Mounted), Potable Water Truck, Gray Water Truck services for use on a Local, Regional, and Nationwide basis. The Agreements will be competitively awarded by Dispatch Centers in their respective Regions located either within the Rocky Mountain or the Intermountain (Great Basin) Regions. These areas consist primarily of the following locations: Wyoming, Colorado, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Utah, Idaho (South of Salmon River), Arizona (Arizona Strip District), Nevada, and part of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest In California, and a portion of Lake Mead National Recreation Area in Arizona and communities adjacent thereto. The Contractor is responsible for all equipment, materials, supplies, transportations, lodging, trained/certified personnel, and supervision and management of those personnel, necessary to meet or exceed the Agreement specifications. The resources may be used in the protection of lands, to include but not be limited to, severity, fire suppression, and all-hazard incidents. 1) Quotes shall be submitted in the Virtual Incident Procurement system (VIPR). To access VIPR you are required to have a Level 2 eAuthentication account that provides the ability to conduct official electronic business transaction. Level 2 eAuthentication information is available at the following website: http://www.fs.fed.us/business/incident/eauth.php. 2) This solicitation will be utilizing the Vendor Web Application and can be found at the following website: http://www.fs.fed.us/business/incident/pilotvendorapp.php 3) NO telephone requests for the solicitation package will be accepted, and NO paper copies will be issued. 4) Vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn gov. 5) The solicitation will only be available electronically (at the website listed in #2 above) and will be posted to the FedBizOps website at: http://www.fbo.gov on or about November 15, 2011 and closing on February 15, 2011, 4:00 PM MST.
