- NSN: 3120-00-540-7523, Bearing Sleeve, Drawing Number 81205 6-65746, Amendment Number F, Dated 07 Nov 06, Configuration Controlled to The Boeing Company (CAGE CODE 81205), Approved Sources of Supply: Kamatics Corporation (CAGE CODE 50632) and Yeager Manufacturing Corporation DBA Cummins Aerospace (CAGE CODE 31788). FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin. Requested delivery is 138 Days ARO. This NSN is Configuration Controlled, Critical Application, and Higher Level Contract Quality and Assurance. End Item Description: AIRCRAFT, STRATOFORTRESS B-52. Item is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP on November 10, 2011. In addition, reverse auctioning clause 52.215-9023 will be included in the solicitation. Procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Request For Proposal (RFP) will result in a Long Term Contract (LTC) and Contract Type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with One Base Year and Four Options Years (Base plus Option Years are 12 months each). The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 20 each (Base Year Only), Minimum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 20 each, Maximum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 80 each, Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 80 each, and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 120 each. This RFP will be solicited with an unrestricted solicitation with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and other evaluation factors as described in the RFP. The anticipated RFP issue date is November 30, 2011.
