Description

Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Procurement and Grants Office (PGO). This is a notice of the Government's intent to use other than full and open competition to solicit, negotiate and award a contract to procure SUDAAN release 10.0.1 annual Licence renewal for individual PC and networks from Research Triangle Institute (RTI). RTI is the sole provider of these licenses. This notice of intent is NOT a solicitation, request for competitive proposal or request for quote. However, all capability satements received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will be accepted via email ONLY to Ms. Amy Feemster at afeemster@cdc.gov no later 22 November 2011 no later than 10:00 AM EST. No telephonic request will be honored.
