Description

TWO (2) EACH GIDDINGS & LEWIS (G&L) ROTARY TABLES WITH SUBPLATE PER WATERVLIET ARSENAL EQUIPMENT ENGINEERING SPECIFICATION #18-11-3419 REV 2 DATED 28 JULY 2011. FOB DESTINATION. Estimated issue date of solicitation: 21 NOVEMBER 2011. This is to be a noncompetitive, sole source procurement per FAR 5.207(c)(14) with MAG IAS, HEBRON, KY for Giddings & Lewis machine tool accessories which must be compatible and properly interface with the G&L RT1250 machine located at Watervliet Arsenal. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Certifications and Representations (ORCA) must be current. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil and will be listed under ACC-Warren (ACC-WRN) (WVA). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
