- Notice of offeror Exhibit A PWS RFQ The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary for Laundry Service in support of YS61. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registerd to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Drawings are not included in this solicitation. Offeor shall contact primary POC by email to receive the drawings.
