Description

Attachment 7A - Safety Task Assessment Solicitation Attachment 20 - Pictures URS, a prime contractor of the U.S. Government, has a requirement for a subcontractor to provide, install, and remove MDB HVAC duct scaffolding. The period of performance is expected to be for sixty days. This will be a firm fixed price subcontract. There will be a mandatory Pre-bid meeting on Thursday, December 1, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. CST in the Supply Chain Conference Room on the URS site of the Pine Bluff Arsenal. In order to attend the pre-bid meeting, offerors are required to submit the names (maximum of two (2) individuals) of its personnel who plan to attend this conference in the form of Visitor Notification Forms (Attachment J5) located on the website listed below. You must also submit a copy of their driver's license. These forms must be submitted to Sandy Morgan by email at Sandra.morgan@urs.com or fax at 870-850-1709 no later than November 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. CST. Telephone calls associates with this solicitation will not be acknowledged or returned. All questions must be submitted in writing by December 7, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. CST. Proposals that are submitted that do not contain ALL submittal requirements identified in Section L, paragraph 9 will be considered non-responsive.
