- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE AG-02RC-S-12-0005 Three Rivers Ranger District Kootenai National Forest Idaho / Montana Acquisition Team KILBRENNAN LAKE CAMPGROUND RAC. The project is to repair and upgrade facilities at the Kilbrennan Lake Campground, for the upgrading of 5 existing campsites. Work includes clearing, aggregate placement, grading and compaction, installation of picnic tables, fire rings, and the development and hauling and placement of barrier rocks. NOTE: Interested parties are encouraged to visit the worksite; no pre-award site visit is planned. Work site is located approximately 12 miles from Troy, Montana via US Highway 2, and County Road 176 (Eastside Road), and Road 2394 (Kilbrennan Lake Road).
