Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) has a requirement for preventative maintenance services for the GRAB-SP Vehicle Barrier Access System located at the Social Security Administration facility in Richmond, Ca. The OEM is Universal Safety Response. This unrestricted procurement will be for commercial item services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR) Part 12 and will be conducted using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The anticipated period of performance for the base year is 01/01/2012 through 12/31/2012; four option years are also included. The anticipated solicitation issue/closing dates are 11/17/2011 and 12/08/2011 respectively; the anticipated award date is 12/22/2011. The solicitation will be posted on the Fed Biz Ops(FBO) web page at http://www.fbo.gov/ ; all parties interested in submitting a quote should download the solicitation from the FBO website as telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be accepted.
