- Statement of Work for multi-phase furniture/office moves. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number applicable to this announcement is Killeen-F2UT171299AM01-MPM. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-54, 02 Nov 2011 and all DFARS Change Notices through 20111102. This requirement is 100% set-aside exclusively for small businesses; NAICS code: 484210; Size Standard: $25.5M. Bidding Schedule Information: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): 0001 -Furniture/office move for Phase 1 to include 2 single occupant offices(ground floor) and 2 multi-cubicle offices(second floor) with haul away of 2 large file cabinets. QTY: 1 Lot 0002 -Furniture/office move for Phase 2 to include training room(second floor) with multiple desks and 3 multi-cubicle offices. QTY: 1 Lot 0003 -- Furniture/office move for Phase 3 to include conference room, men's locker room, and single occupant office(all on second floor). QTY: 1 Lot 0004 -- Furniture/office move for Phase 4 to include men's and women's restroom(second floor). QTY: 1 Lot 0005 -- Furniture/office move for Phase 5 to include command suite consisting of 6 single occupant offices, waiting areas and lobby area(all ground floor). QTY: 1 Lot Please see separate Statement of Work for further details of this multi-phase move. Desired delivery/installation: Estimated as Fifteen (15) days after date of contract (ADC) but subject to change based on building remodel. Contractor not to begin work until issued a Notice to Proceed which will be issued within 5 days of official established delivery date; FOB is at destination, Luke AFB, Arizona. Evaluation: A best value determination will be made on the lowest priced technically acceptable approach. Vendors shall quote on all items. Any quote that fails to cite a price for each item will be rejected as technically unacceptable. Vendor must provide a quote of the specified items that meet the salient characteristics of the item. Quotes must list the manufacturer and part number and must be accompanied by descriptive literature/photograph if applicable. Please indicate how many people will be attending the site visit. Following the site visit, potential contractors can submit questions in writing to Teresa Killeen until COB (4:30PM PST) 28 November 2011 by emailing them to teresa.killeen@luke.af.mil. All questions with answers will be posted in an attachment and/or an amendment on FedBizOpps shortly after 28 November. Contractors are responsible for submitting their responses by 02 December 2011 at 4:30PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) in order to be considered timely. In addition to the submission of offeror's pricing proposal, the offeror shall include a brief technical summary(plan of action for execution of the moves) not to exceed 3 pages that demonstrates the offeror's understanding and approach in fulfilling all aspects of the statement of work, including but not limited to integration of existing Government-furnished materials/equipment/storage. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is "late" and will not be considered unless it is the only quote received.
