Description: The Contracting Department, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price contract and will utilize FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for sponsorship as required Commanding Officer, Navy Recruiting Command located in Millington, TN. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 624110. The size standard is $7.0M. The period of performance is January 7, 2012 “ January 8, 2012. This requirement is sole source to the Armory Foundation. A written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The RFQ number is N00189-12-T-0030. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
