- PR No: IQC11291009031; This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Web, Vapor, barrier, cowl door; used on the c-5 Aircraft. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The NSN and Estimated Annual Quantities (EAQ) are as follows: base year AEQ: 96each - option years AEQ: 96 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 92 days ARO for FAT and 92 DAFAA for production. Government First Article Test applies. Export Control and Configuration Control Apply. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside; only offers from small businesses will be considered. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about November 30, 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
