Network Contracting Office (NCO) is plan to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain annual maintenance services for Quincy Control Air, Medical Air, Lab Air,Reitchle Medical and Lab Vacuum Units at Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System. The solicitation number for this RFP is VA-261-12-R-0101. The solicitation will be issued on or about November 22, 2011 with an anticipated proposal due date of December 12, 2011. The contractor shall furnish tools, equipment, materials, labor and transportation, annual maintenance services for Quincy Control Air, Medical Air, Lab Air, Reitchle medical and Lab Vacuum Units at the Veterans Affair Palo Alto Health Care System. The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins January 1, 2012 through September 30, 2012 with four (4) option year. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The NAICS is 811310 and the size standard is $7. This acquisition is 100% Small Business set-aside and this will be a firm fixed priced contract.
