Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source modification to a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order with LM MS2, Owego, New York. The anticipated modification will be for the efforts needed to provide DVR Improvements on the MH-60R aircraft. LM MS2 is the only contractor with the necessary data and capability to perform this effort for the MH-60R aircraft.
