- This solicitation covers 100% small business set-aside acquisition of Coveralls, Women's, Tan, Type II, Navy. NSN 8410-01-483-1185(s). The quantity is 800. Applicable specification is PD 99-04 dated 28 April 2003 with pattern dated 26 August 2002. Production lead-time is 150 days, with 2 monthly deliveries to New Cumberland, PA and San Joaquin, CA, FOB Destination. AVAILABILITY OF SOLICITATIONS, FAR 5.102(d) APPLIES, AS OUR OFFICE NO LONGER ISSUES SOLICITATION OR AMENDMENTS IN PAPER FORM.
