Description
The OSP is soliciting fixed-price proposals for a Consolidated Facility Management (CFM) service contract supporting two different sites under one agreement. This contract will be administered by the Office of Security Programs (OSP) which is a jurisdiction of the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Alternate Computer Facility (ACF), located within the National Capitol Region in Washington, D.C. and Capitol Police Buildings and Grounds (CPBG) facilities located around the Capitol Hill Complex in Washington, D.C. The AOC-OSP is seeking services under a performance based contract for the ACF and CPBG sites, in support of the mission of the United States Congress, Library of Congress United States Capitol Police (USCP), and all Congressional jurisdictions located within the facilities. The AOC-OSP is seeking a consolidated facilities management (CFM) Contractor with the experience and capabilities to provide maintenance and custodial services for specialized and multiuse facilities utilized and operated as part of the perimeter security for Capitol Hill. This contract requires a full range of facilities operation/maintenance, janitorial/housekeeping services, grounds maintenance, snow removal and shop services. Qualified candidates shall possess verifiable experience in facility operation, management and service, and shall have licensed and certified personnel and/or subcontractors on staff with competencies in all electronic/computer technology, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and construction disciplines. The solciitation will be relesased on or about December 9, 2011. Information regarding the pre proposal and site visit will be in the solicitation. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE ENCOURAGE TO DOWNLOAD THE ELECTRONIC VERSION OF SOLICITATION AS THIS WILL EXPEDITE RECEIPT OF THE SOLICITATION. IT IS THEH VENDORS RESPONSIBILITY TO MONITOR THIS WEB SITE FOR AMENDMENTS OR OTHER CHANGES TO THE SOLICITATION AND TO OBTAIN ANY AMENDMENTS OR CHANGES FROM FEDBIZZOPPS. FAILURE OF THE VENDOR TO DO SO SHALL NOT BECOME THE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE GOVERNMENT.
