- Description
- The Veterans Health Administration at American Lake, Tacoma, Washington is soliciting proposals for a contractor to provide hospital based non-professional services to VA beneficiaries authorized and referred by the Alaska VA Healthcare System (AVAHS). Services shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement of the contract. The anticipated Period of Performance for these services is 12 December 2012 through 31 December 2012 with four (4) option years. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is VA260-12-R-0032. The applicable NAICS code is 622110 and the small business size standard is $34.5 million. TELEPHONIC REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. When issued, the solicitation will be available only by downloading from the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov/. The estimated issue date is 18 November 2011, and the anticipated closing date is 16 December 2011 at 12:00:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the Alaska VA HCS facility in Anchorage as specified in the solicitation. Prospective offerors are urged to submit any questions they may have in writing to Mark Erickson at Mark.Erickson3@va.gov. Offers from all qualified, capable and responsible sources will be considered.
