Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, VA261-12-RQ-0132 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54 effective November 02, 2011and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Supplement (VAAR) current to January 7, 2010. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 531120, Size Standard: $7MIL. Requirement Description: ITEM DESCRIPTION OF QTY UNIT UNIT AMOUNT NO. SUPPLIES/SVCS PRICE 1 2.00 DAYS ___________________ ____________________ 2 days conference room rental for training. The facility must be within walking distance of the VA Mather campus. The conference room must have seating for 30 people.
