- Sole Source Justification Sole Source Justification For: Simplified Acquisitions over $3,000 and up to $150,000 supplies/services •1. The Supply/Service listed below is available from only one source and competition is precluded for reasons indicated below. There are no substitutes available for this supply/service. •2. Restricted to the following source: Computers & Structures Inc •3. Description of work: The result of this purchase will be two licenses for CSI Bridge v15 and one license for SAP2000 v15. This compares to the 2 licenses we currently have for SAP2000 w/Bridge Module. •1. Description of Item(s) Requested: Items: 1) Convert/upgrade current SAP2000 Adv. v14 w/Bridge Module to CSI Bridge Adv. w/Load Rating v. 15 2) CSI Bridge Adv. w/Load Rating v15 1 year Support 3) SAP2000 Advanced 4) SAP2000 Adv. V15 1 year support 5) CSI Bridge Adv. w/Load Rating v15 6) CSI Bridge Adv. w/Load Rating v15 10 month support (current support expires in 2 months) License - suitable for network installation •4. Specific characteristics of the service that limit competition: CSi is the sole source developer/distributor of the required software •5. Interested parties are required to submit any information on or before 3:00 p.m., Central Standard Time 22 November 2011 to the attention of Jesse Onkka, contract specialist.
