The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 170 each up to 1000 each maximum of a Scissors Assy, Main, NSN:1615-01-165-6868 PN: 7-311511158-5 applicable to the BJ-AH-64 (APACHE) weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 170 each, 315 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 170 each, 473 Days After Contract Award (DACA) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. PRON: AX2F5033AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 200 each up to 1000 each maximum of a Scissors Assy, Main, NSN: 1615-01-165-6867 PN: 7-311511158-3 applicable to the BJ-AH-64 (APACHE) weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 200 each, 300 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 200 each, 450 Days After Contract Award (DACA) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. This item is restricted to THE BOEING COMPANY, Cage Code 8V613 and SPX Corporation, Cage Code 82001. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISTION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, U.S.C., SEC 2751 ET SEQ.) OR EXECTUVE ORDER 12470.
