Description
G-Community-Based Outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services in Dover, DE. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment Office, is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services. The contractors will provide services within a five mile radius of the U.S. Probation Office located at 300 South New Street, Dover DE 19904, and within ½ mile of local public transportation stops. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one year base period with four (4) one-year option renewal periods. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three, and Option Year Four respectively. The Following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor. The request for proposal will be available on or after November 22, 2011 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about December 19, 2011. Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted. The BOP anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
