- Sole Source Justification Specifications NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD -- The 325th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit, evaluate, and award a sole-source purchase order to Safety Management Services, Inc. to provide safety test equipment in accordance with the attached specifications in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation of offers. The Government believes this is a sole source requirement; however, vendors that feel they can fulfill this requirement should contact the POCs identifed in this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The North American Industry Classification System Code 325920 with a size standard of 750 employees.
