- IQC11152009041/RA11158002, This pre-solicitation notice was issued against the old solicitation number SPM4A7-11-2121 on June 13, 2011. The new solicitation number is SPM4A7-12-R-1147. The requirements have remained the same. This is an LTC for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, NSN: 1680-01-213-8558, EAD quantity is 902 each, Clamp tube assembly, F-110 engine, Critical Application Item, Configuration Control Item, Air Force Critical Safety Item, approved sources are General Electric Company ( Cage 07482) and Aerospace Industries LLC, P/N 1153M37G21, Specification plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. FOB: Destination, Stock Location: New Cumberland, PA & Tracy, CA, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin, This requirement is for a firm fixed buy with Other than Full or Open Competition (10 U.S.C.2304 (c) (1) (FAR 6.302-1), Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation, A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ On the issue dated cited in theRFP.
