- The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) in support of the U.S. Army Medical Research Materiel Command (USAMRMC) intends to award a sole source contract to Knowledge Sharing Systems, LLC, 930 Main Campus Drive, Suite 150, Raleigh, NC 27606-5212, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements for the purchase of support and maintenance services for the KSS TechTracS and KITS web-portal software systems, data center operations and custom system configuration. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no written responses are received at least fifteen (15) days after the publication of this response, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. The Point of Contact (POC) for this action is jeremy.mcmurry@amedd.army.mil. No phone calls will be accepted in response to this special notice. Responses must be submitted via email.
