- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) intends to award a sole source contract to Illumina, Inc, located in San Diego, CA, for TruSeq Kits. The requirement is for: TruSeq SBS Kit - HS (200 Cycle)Provides kitted reagents for up to 209 cycles of sequencing on the HiSeq sequencing system. TruSeq PE Cluster Kit V3 - Cbot - HS TruSeq DNA Sample Prep Kit - Set A (48 rxn with PCR) The kits purchased must be compatible with existing laboratory equipment used for DNA Sequencing, which is currently based on Illumina technology. Anticipated Date of Award: 11/28/2011
