- Consolidated Waste Disposal Solicitation URS, a prime contractor of the U.S. Government, has a requirement for a subcontractor to provide waste disposal services. Waste will consist of, but not be lmited to: hazardous, non-hazardous, RCRA, universal, TSCA (PCB), etc. This will be Fixed Unit Price Requirements Subcontract. Telephone calls associated with this solicitation will not be acknowledged or returned. All questions must be submitted in writing prior to December 5, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. CST. Proposals that are submitted that do not contain ALL submittal requirements identified in Section L, paragraph 10 will be considered non-responsive.
