- Draft Statement of Work (Dated 03 November 2011) The 23rd Contracting Squadron/LGCB plans to establish a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Contract for Elevator Maintenance. The contract shall consist of a one (1) year and four (4) option year period. This NAICS Code for this requirement is 811310. This requirment is intended to be a Small Business set-aside; however, businesses that are identified as Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a), and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business for NAICS code 811310 are being sought as sources for the forthcoming solicitation. Interested businesses shall submit information to include business name, CAGE code, and point of contact, email, phone number, fax number, and SBA designation (i.e. Small Business, HUBZone, etc.).
