- The Contracting Office, Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for 45,200 lbs of Stearic Acid, Technical, powered in accordance with MIL-S-271B dated 4 Jan 2000; Packing level A, 100 lb Fiber drums IAW 5.1.1 of specification. Items are to be delivered to: Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS code 325188 is applicable. Acquisition will be conducted as small business set aside. Solicitation W911RP-12-R-0003 will be issued on or about December 1, 2011 with a closing date of January 2, 2012.
