- IQC11116009044. End Item Application : MRAP This solicitation will contain one NSN 6150-01-569-4261, for a wiring harness; Annual Estimated Quantity: 180 each, Max Year AEQ: 360 each. This is a 1C item. The approved sources are: Force Protection Industries INC (CAGE 1EFH8) and AB Interconnect, INC (CAGE 3P0G5). The solicitation will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. This procurement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination applies. This is a non-critical application item. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about August 1 st 2011. Reference notes: 23 and 26 applies.
