- Purchase Request: 0040361617, NSN: 6150-01-586-3999, Part Number: 70550-28806-103. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is Semco Instruments, Cage 24735. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR) to DLA Aviation. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 36 each, Stockton, CA (PRLI 0001) and 9 each, New Cumberland, PA (PRLI 0002) FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 161 days ARO. ABVS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 05 December 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
