- Notice of Intent to Sole Source - New Service Reviews The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contract Activity - Central intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(b)(2), the VHA Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC), on behalf of VHA OHI, intends to issue a follow on order to Inverness Technologies, Inc., 5109 Leesburg Pike #203, Falls Church, VA 22041-3215 for New Service Reviews services for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Health Information (OHI) Enterprise Systems Management (ESM) Requirements Analysis & Engineering Management (RAEM ) office for the purchase New Service Reviews (NSR) reviews by providing implementation of processes of detailed requirements reviews and documentation associated with work that has received funding approval to proceed. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 23 NOV 2011 10:00 AM EST by email to Andrea.Fink@va.gov.
