- The MICC ICO - Ft Gordon, Ft Gordon, GA 30905 requires fitness center services for active duty Soldiers and active duty Reservists working at the Gillem Enclave located in Forest Park, GA. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is posted simultaneously with this announcement and may be viewed at the Army Single Face to the Industry website at https://www.acquisitions.army.mil by searching in the solicitation field for solicitation number W91249-12-T-0001. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54. The applicable NAICS code is 713940. The business size standard is $7.0M. The solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis. The schedule of supplies/services, clauses, and Performance Work Statement are reflected within the RFQ. Offerors must include with their offer a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, or must have an active entry of completed annual representations at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website https://orca.bpn.gov/. DFARS Clause 252.232-7003. Offeror must be registered within the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration System at website https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx. Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports (MAR 2008) is applicable to this requirement.
