GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Springfield/Woodbridge Delineated Area: Beginning at Seminary Road (Rt 420) and I-395, going east along Seminary Road until N Jordan Street, south along N Jordan Street until Duke Street (Rt 236), west along Duke Street until S Van Dorn Street, south along S Van Dorn Street until Telegraph Road (Rt 611), south along Telegraph Road until Richmond Highway (Rt 1), south/west along Richmond Highway until Jefferson Davis Highway (Rt 1), south along Jefferson Davis Highway until Joplin Road, west along Joplin Road until I-95, north along I-95 until Dale Blvd, west along Dale Blvd until Minnieville Road, north/east along Minnieville Road until Old Bridge Road, east along Old Bridge Road until Ox Road (Rt 123), north/west along Ox Road until Lee Chapel Road, north along Lee Chapel Road until Fairfax County Parkway (Rt 7100), east along Fairfax County Parkway until Rolling Road (Rt 638), north along Rolling Road until Braddock Road (Rt 620), east along Braddock Road until I-495, north along I-495 until Little River Turnpike (Rt 236), east along Little River Turnpike until Columbia Pike (Rt 244), north/east along Columbia Pike until Leesburg Pike (Rt 7), east along Leesburg Pike until Seminary Road. Daytime cleaning is required. Minimum finished ceiling height of 9'0" (tenant intends to install raised floor with profile of 6" for post-installation finished ceiling height of 8'6"). Parking spaces must be able to be fenced or otherwise provide controlled access. The Government will consider relocation if it is determined to be economically advantageous. The cost of moving, alterations, impact on agency mission and other variables, to be determined by the Government, will be considered in the relocation decision. The Government will factor in costs of moving to a new location including, but not limited to, physical move, furniture relocation, telecommunications infrastructure, and other related costs. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease [is] required. Offered space shall not be in the [ 100 ] year flood plain.
