- Draft PWS 374 CONS/LGCBB is seeking for interested parties capable of providing preventive maintenance for Teraoka Scales located in the Yokota Commissary (They will be used to Weight/Wrap/Label meat): Teraoka AW-3600 Automatic Weight/Wrap/Label System (30Lb), Serial No: 05167868/06168922 (Meat Department), Teraoka DPS-3600 Prepack Scale Printer (30Lb), Serial No: 05131490 (Salvage Room), 05131491 (Meat Department), 05131492 (Produce Department)-They will be used to, Teraoka DS-520 (300Lb), Serial No: 06701938 (Meat Department), 06701939 (Produce Department). This is a Request for Information (RFI) as identified in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.201(c)(7). This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a Request for Quotation (RFQ). A formal RFQ will follow, anticipated in early 2012.
