Description

Flange Feedthrough Layout SLAC seeks vendors that can provide the following: 1. (Qty. 9) ISO NW160 vacuum flanges with welded feedthroughs as shown in the attached layout. 2. Flange Style: MDC part number 852002, blank bolt-style NW160 flange, Nor-Cal part number ISO-160-000N or equivalent. 3. Flange Material: 304 stainless steel. 4. Engrave feedthrough numbers on both sides of the flange, in approximate locations as shown in the attached layout described as "Flange Feedthrough Layout." 5. Flange B and G are identical except for the engraving. 6. Flange D and F are identical except for the engraving. 7. Vendor to provide all nine drawings of the flange layout for approval by SLAC. 8. Vendor to supply final vacuum test data, minimum 10-6 Torr. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. VENDORS INTERESTED IN BEING CONSIDERED AS A POTENTIAL SOURCE SHOULD IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS AN "INTERESTED PARTY" VIA THE FBO PORTAL. DO NOT CONTACT THE SUBCONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR.
