Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15 Heartland Network, intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Terumo Cardiovascular Systems Corporation. This notice of intent is to negotiate on a sole source basis with Terumo Cardiovascular Systems Corporation for the labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration and repairs of two Advanced Perfusion Systems located at the Columbia VA Medical Center, 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia, MO 65201. This agreement is for a one year base and four option years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. See FBO note 22.
