- This pre-solicitation notice is for a requirement for stage lighting equipment rental and support. The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBM-HH) Installation Contracting Office has a requirement on behalf of The U.S. Army Band for lighting equipment rental in support of the 2011 'A Holiday Festival' Concert being held at the DAR, Constitution Hall in Wash, DC. The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from December 6-12, 2011. This acquisition is a 100% small business-set aside procurement. The NAICS Code is 335129 and the FSC Code is W062. The solicitation will be posted on or about 22 November 2011 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The closing date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. NO hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), found at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx, under the appropriate business category and NAICS code. Also, you must have a valid Online Representations Certifications Application (ORCA) record at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx.
