Description

Sources sought for SYMLOG education and training. The Puget Sound VAMC and other facilities located in VISN 20 are seeking businesses interested and capable of providing education and training as detailed below. Please respond via e-mail ONLY. Your response should identify your company name, point of contact with contact information, education and training capabilities related to SYMLOG, if your trainers are SYMLOG certified/licensed, identify your business size, and if you are (by the definitions in the FAR) any of the following: Small Business, 8(a) disadvantaged, disadvantaged, woman-owned, veteran-owned, service disabled veteran owned or HUB Zone certified. Also, state if you currently have a Federal Supply Schedule Contract or a VA contract that this product falls under. Only this minimal information is requested. A Request for Quote shall be issued at a later date. The NAICS code for the procurement is 611430 and the small business size standard is $7 million USD. Contractor shall provide SYMLOG certified/licensed training and education to the Puget Sound VAMC and other VISN 20 facilities to include the following: 1. SYMLOG Seminar & Data interpretation 2.Systems analysis 3.Systems thinking basics 4.Ethical decision making, analytical tools 5.Ethical decision making, organizational problem solving Training must include SYMLOG instrumentation.
