- This notice is posted for the open market items only of the competitive GSA eBuy Request for Quotation (RFQ) D12PS50842/GSA RFQ ID RFQ637197 issued by the Department of the Interior, National Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate on behalf of the Army National Guard, Office of the Chief Surgeon. The RFQ is being competed on GSA eBuy for Information Technology Services for the Medical Electronic Data Care Health and Readiness Tracking (MEDCHART) System under GSA Federal Supply Schedule 70 - Information Technology under SIN 132-51 - Information Technology Professional Services. This notice is for the open market items only which are the Other Direct Costs (ODCs) including conference site booth rental, electricity, set up and shipping charges. The Government does not envision multiple awards as these ODCs are directly related to the training and conference support labor under GSA Federal Supply Schedule 70. Hence, this notice is posted for the open market items in accordance with FAR Part 5.2 - Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions and to meet the requirements outlined in FAR Part 8.402(f) - General.
