- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source requirement for access to current and historical news and in-depth analysis of the mutual fund industry to Money-Media, Inc. d/b/a Ignites.com located at 1430 Broadway Suite 1208, New York, NY 10018-3384. The period of performance for this Order is one year with one (1) one year option period. The anticipated date of award is on or before January 1, 2012. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1), implemented by FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The SEC intends to negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1; Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications for the provision of this requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements. This is a Notice of Intent, not a solicitation. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement and no other information will be provided.
