- PWS Attachment 5 PWS Attachment 4 Solicitation Attachment 2: SCA Wage Determination Solicitation Attachment 1: Performance Work Statement Solicitation Document This solicitation is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54. COMPETITION IS RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS ONLY. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 519120 and the associated size standard is $7M. The National Agricultural Library (NAL) has a requirement for the provision of maintenance support for the Library's physical collection, document delivery services, and support services for digitization of collection material. The goal of the contract is to maintain the NAL collection in the best physical condition, to provide customers with quick and easy access to materials from the NAL collection, and to provide USDA employees with any documents needed to support their work. The contractor will be required to provide the services as described in the Performance Work Statement included in the RFP packaged contained herein. CENTRAL CONTRACTOR'S REGISTRATION (CCR): Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration System in order to be awarded the resultant contract. Registration can be completed on-line at http://www.ccr.gov. AWARD: The Government intends to award a firm, fixed-price contract for commercial services to the responsive and responsible contractor whose proposal represents the best value after evaluation. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Offers shall be submitted NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM, EST, December 22, 2011. Please include the Solicitation number AG-3K06-S-12-KL01 on all submitted documents.
