- Note changed location for the pre-solicitation conference to: Ronald Regan Building 1300 Pennsylvania Ave., NW Washington, DC 20229 (Enter on 14th Street) Customs and Border Protection Lobby Room 6.4A Please arrive early (NLT 9:30AM) enough to allow time for going through security into the Ronald Regan Building (RRB) and then going through CBP security, once again, and being escorted from the CBP lobby to the conference room. Please bring a photo ID. Any new registrations to attend the conference shall be submitted by close of business, November 25, 2011.
