- ***AMENDMENT ISSUED TO CHANGE OPENING DATE TO 11/23/11 AND CLOSING DATE TO 1/6/12*** Contracting Office Address: Defense Logistics Agency, Logistics Operations, DLA Aviation - Richmond, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297-5000 Description: PR NO: IQC11276009029 this solicitation will contain an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years. Destination inspection required Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. The approved source of supply is Higuchi Inc. (3VUL1) part number A6339AL. The NSN is as follows 6240-00-169-6408, 72 day's delivery. FOB Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DLA Aviation. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
