- This is the synopsis of repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0010411GA100 to be placed with Moog and serves as the pre-solicitation notice for all repair orders issued by NAVSUP from the period of 11/20/2011 through 11/19/2012 for the evaluation and repair of various items manufactured by Moog. Some of the items to be repaired include: 7E 5998 015756728 CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB 7E 6105 015756732 MOTOR ASSY NSN: 7E 5985 015756735 BEAM FORMING ASSY NSN: 7E 5895 015765004 SYNTHESIZER ASSY NSN: 7E 5985 015754992 CONTROL HEAD ASSY Individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of repair under these Navy Weapons Systems. Orders issued under the BOA will site the authority of 10USC2304(c)(1) because the government does not possess the data to procure competitively.
