- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends on awarding a single firm fixed price blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for $38,000.00 to the offeror that provides the lowest price technically acceptable to the U.S. Government. Period of performance shall be date of award through 9/30/2012. In order to be considered for award the offeror must provide all required gases to the exact specification listed below. DELIVERY: 1st order shall be delivered within 30 days of receipt of order. Quantities are undetermined and therefore quotes will be accepted for price of 1 item each. 1. acetylene 2. argon (high pressure, liquid and ultra high purity) 3. carbon dioxide (research grade) 4. carbon monoxide (research grade) 5. compressed air 6. helium (custom BIP grade and high purity) 7. hydrogen (research grade) 8. methane (ultra high purity) 9. nitrogen (custom BIP grade, gas, liquid and ultra high purity) 10. oxygen 11. ultra zero air Submission of Quotes: All quotes must be submitted via e-mail to the Contracts Specialist at Christina.Sims@ic.fbi.gov no later than Tuesday, November 29 at 10:00 AM Eastern. This contract will be awarded as a commercial item in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Parts 12 and 13. All contractors anticipating award, must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database.
