- This requirement is for NSN 6680-01-461-5793, Indicator, Sight, Liquid, which is identified by Bauer Corporation, Inc., CAGE 57328, P/N IND-0015. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The estimated annual quantity is 252 each for the base and each option year. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 92 days ARO. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination DLA Direct requirements only. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the procedures contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items for the described supplies or services. Clause 252.225.7036, Buy American Act - Free Trade Agreement - Balance of Payment Program, Trade Agreements applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
