- J PREVENTIVE AND REMEDIAL MAINTENANCE FOR TWELVE (12) GOVERNMENT-OWNED TEST EQUIPMENT SYSTEMS This is published as a sole source announcement under the authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. The U.S. Department of the Army, U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tobyhanna Division, Attn: CCAP-CCT Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) Contracting Office intends to solicit on a sole source basis with Agilent Technologies, Inc., 9780 South Meridian Boulevard, Englewood CO 80112 under the authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996 as amended by Section 816 of Public Law 111-84, and FAR 13.5.for the preventive/remedial maintenance and calibration of twelve (12) HP3070 automated test systems located at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna PA. Tobyhanna for a base period of thirteen (12) months with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. Preventive maintenance includes cleaning, adjusting, lubricating, inspecting and testing those items which require such preventive maintenance. Maintenance support service includes as required delivery to TYAD replacements for failed components to include controllers, peripherals such as the oscilloscopes, and the test fixtures/test heads. Remedial maintenance will be provided on a next day basis with downtime limited to forty-eight (48) hours after the call for service is placed. Engineering improvements of the system will be installed as they become available; Software and manual updates will be provided as they become available. Agilent Technologies is the only known source capable of providing this service. No competitive technical data package is available for maintenance of any of the items. Any firms believing they can provide the required service should contact the Contract Specialist identified within fifteen (15) days of this notice. The NAICS Code is 811310 and the size standard is $7 Million. W25G1V-12-R-0015 applies.
