- This notice is modified to reflect that full and open competition procedures will be utilized to accomplish this procurement. The solicitation (RFP) will only be available at the EPA Procurement Website http:www.epa.gov/oam/rtp_cmd. It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued on or around December 9, 2011, and responses will be due approximately 45 calendar days after issuance of the RFP. It will be the responsibility of the offeror to frequently check the same EPA Procurement Website for any amendments to the RFP.
