Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement incorporates the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separately written solicitation will not be issued.Procurement Request Order Number (PRON) GM240631I3 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 and the size standard is $25.0M. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-50. This procurement is being issued as a sole source award to Analytical Graphics, Inc. (AGI), pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 251 et seq and Title 40 U.S.C. 501, Services for Executive Agencies, FAR 8.405-6(b) and FAR 11.105: An item peculiar to one manufacturer (e.g., a particular brand name, product, or a feature of a product, peculiar to one manufacture). The Army Contracting Command- New Jersey (ACC-NJ) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to procure STK Professional Edition Renewal Annual Support, Upgrades, and Maintenance, STK Coverage Module Renewal Annual Support, Upgrades, and Maintenance, and AGI Data Federate Access Renewal Annual Support, Upgrades, and Maintenance for One (1) year in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). (4) 252.247-7003, Pass-Through of Motor Carrier Fuel Surcharge Adjustment to the Cost Bearer (SEP 2010) (Section 884 of Pub. L. 110-417). (5) 252.247-7023, Transportation of Supplies by Sea (MAY 2002) (10 U.S.C2631). (6) 252.247-7024, Notification of Transportation of Supplies by Sea (MAR 2000) (10 U.S.C. 2631).
