- This amendment is issued to clarify that times listed in the notice are Mountain Standard Time (MST). Revised Notice: W9124R12R0003 - Mission (Test) Support Services Industry Day Notice The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Yuma Proving Ground (MICC-YPG), and the US Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma Test Center (YTC) Yuma, AZ will host an Industry Day on 13 December 2011 to inform industry of a new procurement to support the USAYPG YTC. This is a follow-on action to the existing Mission (Test) Support Services (MTSS) contract, which expires on 28 February 2013. The Industry Day will cover an overview of USAYPG, YTC, and the more detailed aspects of the MTSS requirement. All interested parties are invited to attend. In order to promote an informative and successful Industry Day, attendance is by registration only. The event will be held at the Palm Gardens located on the Main Post at USAYPG, and will start promptly at 0730 MST and run through 1500hrs MST. Seating is limited and therefore registration is limited to no more than three (3) representatives per company on a first-come-first-served basis. Only those with a confirmed registration will be permitted to attend. Registration may be accomplished by emailing your company information and a list of representatives attending to Laura St. John laura.y.stjohn.civ@mail.mil no later than 08 December 2011. A map and directions to the Palm Gardens, Main Post area of USAYPG, are posted with this notice. The information presented will be unclassified; and, aside from registration, no other information is required. A list of all attendees will be posted to the MICC-YPG contracting website at www.yuma.army.mil/contracting following the Industry Day. In addition, one-on-one sessions for prospective offerors with the USAYPG YTC will be held at USAYPG during January 2012, dates and times for each session will be provided post registration. This is a separate registration from the Industry Day. Registration may be accomplished by emailing your company information and a list of representatives participating in the sessions to Laura St. John laura.y.stjohn.civ@mail.mil no later than 29 December 2011. A maximum of 3 participants per offeror will be permitted during the one-on-one sessions. There will be four sessions per each offeror, limited to a maximum of 90 minutes with each commodity (technical) area. The purpose of the Industry Day is to inform industry of the new requirement and to gather market research information. The purpose of the one-on-one sessions is to afford firms the opportunity to discuss the requirement in a more in-depth fashion with technical personnel in an effort to level the playing field. The Government will not entertain questions related to incumbent performance during these one-on-one sessions. The Government is not liable for any expenses incurred by an attendee or potential offeror in order to attend this informational briefing and the one-on-one sessions. Information presented at this forum represents the Government's draft position, and information may be updated at any time prior to the release of an RFP. Prospective offerors are encouraged to frequently check ASFI/FedBizOps (www.fbo.gov) for updates on this acquisition.
