- Description
- The 354th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source acquisition to AT&T Alascom. The requirement is to provide space and power on Alascom's Towers for USAF at Harding Lake, and Delta Junction, AK. This requirement is proprietary in nature. The forthcoming award and all incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. This acquisition has a NAICS code of 531120 with an Employee Standard/Size Standard of $7.0M. Contractor must also be CCR registered to receive the aforementioned award. Commercial practices still apply. This Special Notice is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation documents issued for the proposed action. Interested parties may identify their interest and respond to this Special Notice. The government will consider all expressions of interest received within 5 days after date of publication of this Special Notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
